Last week, at the Science Museum of Virginia, we held the ceremony celebration for the Plant The Moon Challenge 🪴🌚. A research competition that challenges students to examine how crops can grow in lunar soil. Using lunar soil simulant, teams designed and conducted experiments to
grow crops over eight weeks for a future long-duration
mission.
Congratulations to all Middle & High school students who participated. Big Thank you to the educators, teachers, mentors who help the students through the process.
