Suggest, covering trees/bushes with cheese cloth, shade cloth or tobacco cloth. The holes for the openings should be no more than a quarter inch.

You are a consistent hardworking man my brother. I touch base with your posts on a regular basis, you inspire me. such a positive spirit. Your family is remarkable. I am not a diaspora African, I make a point of mentioning this whenever I make a comment. I am Kenyan from the highlands of East Africa, never been to west Africa. Pongezi ndugu.

Covering your citrus trees with a white gauze, something that won’t allow the grasshoppers to get to them.

The biggest threat to your crops are the pests. I can only imagine how larvae, caterpillars, locusts and ants can be so destructive to your fruit and vegetable crops.
