I feel so privileged to have this accidently pop up on my youtube search. This story needs to be shared and viewed by the world. It reflects a similar story with all refugees. The story makes me so proud of these two hmong parents who enabled their kids to be successful. They made huge personal sacrifices and held high standards of integrity for themselves. I would be interested to find out what their kids are doing now and learn more about their family's legacy. All parents dream of this type of success. What was the secret to the success of these specific parents? I hope to hear more from these two great hmong parents. There is so much value in this short story that drives me to want to know more. I heard so many different stories and experiences from different perspectives that happened during this time period…my parents were either very young or born during this time, they most only mentioned life in refugee camps and barely talked about their past. It’s nice to be able to hear more stories.

Our Lee clan is from China …. 6 brothers 1 left with the Aunt and uncle to Laos in 1800’s and the rest of the brothers family’s are still in China. ❤
