I'm 17, PVZ1 came out 15 years ago. The franchise, especially PVZ1 and PVZ2 have been an important part of my childhood. I probably wouldn't be the same without Plants Vs Zombies and it's influence on my early life. I'm glad I grew up playing and listening to this. Thanks PopCap, or whatever might remain of you.

me and my friends used to go on one of my friends's house to play this on their computer and i remember that we always play pvz and platypus there. as far as i can remember that's around 2010 and i'm like 5 or 6 years old that time. we always play this song after my friend's sister completed the game. those days were so comfortable to remember, probably because of the sunrays getting through the leaves of the tree we used to have here. sadly that tree has been cut off around 2014 or 2015. my life feels polluted after that. i wish i could go back in time just to feel those days again.

The original PvZ is a classic example of a game clearly made with passion and heart. The humor, presentation, strategy, and character design all comes together to make an amazing and unique experience.

@@blaster.m1943 Try Eclise, its a mod of pvz2 developed by goodpea2 pros: -close to the original -a lot of unique minigames -much better gameplay than the ea version of it -NO MICROTRANSACTIONS -ALL PLANTS ARE UNLOCKABLE BY HARD WORK -NO BS -Most levels are skill based not RNG cons: (sadly there are) -can only be run by emulators on pc -needs a higher end pc or else face lags -tbh thats it for I have no other complaints all in all it seems as if one developer of the original pvz tried to revive the vibes of the old one ps: support goodpea2

EA ruined PVZ 2. Literally the biggest drop in quality from a game to its sequel. Tedious levels, and loaded with microtransactions to the point where you need to spend money to get all the cool/good plants and the game becomes impossible if you don't spend any money.

Felices 15 años para el juego que posiblemente marcó un antes y un después en el mundo del gaming para la comunidad joven 💚 Todavía me acuerdo la vez que me dieron mi primera tablet, y de los cientos de miles de juegos que habían, destaqué uno en particular: Plants Vs Zombies. Me acuerdo cuando prácticamente en cada celular/tablet que yo veía, me descargaba el plantas contra zombis y me lo podía pasar en menos de una semana, casi sin perder. A pesar de que admitamos que Electronic Arts haya arruinado la secuela y todas sus variantes (GW, GW2, PVZ3, PVZ Heroes, etcétera), no podemos negar que todos mínimo una vez lo quisimos instalar.

I used to play this game with my dad and I vividly remember how excited I was when we finished the game and got to sit and watch this. It was amazing and we even started singing along. I must’ve been around 6, I’m 20 now.
