You should look into Mars hydro lights they are cheaper over the long run and your at the stage they will probably sponsor you they sponsor everyone. Just remember ya boy when they do ♥️

I worked for environmental scientists - they tested air quality, checked for asbestos, did ventilation assessments and checked for airborne particulates like smoke and mould spores. They told me that the microbes and mould that most potted plants harbour negate the amount of "fresh air" that they contribute to an enclosed environment 😔 That being said, their office had a "plant wall" made up of multiple pothos and there were bugs living in the soil that would come out and buzz around our monitors 😆

In theory plants clean up the air, but the margin in which they do it is quite negligible. Imagine maybe a 1 foot bubble around them, if that. So you'd have to absolutely fill your room with plants to notice anything, it's just a marketing strategy companies use since it's technically not a lie

I was on my way to home depot and online they had this section that was basically "plants that help you breath easier/ clean the air [better?]." When I walked into the store the guys in the gardening sexton acted like they had no clue what i was talking about and like i was dumb, mean while I never would've asked if it wasn't on the website. My phone was dead so i couldn't even show them in that moment, but I found the category again when I got home. Its "air purifying"

@@teancoffee208 there are some plants that are more effective at removing toxins and such from the air and I think maybe those are the plants they put in the air purifying section

Do you also provide grow lights for the plants in your bedroom and living room during winter? I live in Germany n it gets pretty cold and dark during winter. This is going to be my first winter after setting up my indoor plants 🤞

I have the same glass shelves from Ikea for my plants! I have a stupid high light grow light on the top shelf, and I keep different light levels of plants on each shelf

We have spider plants hanging in my home! I would definitely recommend trying to put them up high if you can! They grow these pretty hanging little baby spider dudes! I love them!!!!! They are so 🥺🥺🥺 I love your channel, my father is just as crazy about plants as you are lol! So my home is covered in them. I kill them if I’m allowed to care for em’ myself, so I’m watching you to learn how to care for the children.

You're so loveable!!! I wish I knew this much about plants.. I have one at work named Jeremy that I saved .. he broke off his momma and I repotted him .. the momma keeps breaking off and I keep replanting her .. parts.. they're surviving but why is the momma doing that ? Maybe she needs a bigger pot? I already upgraded her once . I have no clue what she is .. she was there when I started and no one gave her any love ..

I just put mirrors all over I put them all along my windowsill bottom and sides then I tracked where it was bright through out the whole day then I put more mirrors in those areas then I did the same thin two more times now my room is super bright all day long

Years ago I killed nearly every plant I got, u will learn or give up. My children are all adults now, so I have more time to care for and nurture my plantas. I treat them as I would my pets with lufff

Start with low light drought tolerant plants. Pothos, snake plant, caladiums zzplants all u would probably do well with low sun, n minimal watering

My spider plants are so upset with me and idk if it's because they're still acclimating to the new environment (I got them a few weeks ago from my sister). The leaves seem weak and just won't stand up. I make sure to drown them hoes on water day and only water when the I use a toothpick and nothing sticks but it feels like I'm just killing them. :[

You need a greenhouse in your yard. That will be a lot more helpful with your plants in the long run as they grow bigger.

Just started following you. I need some help with Aloe, so when mine get so large the leaves get heavy and droop over. Which caused me to have rot because the water got into the middle an killed my baby. Should I have just repotted it to a larger pot? I feel like it was just to small a pot. And now 😩 I’m sad 😆 love your videos and u are just as goofy as me. We need to be bffs asap.

Hey what’s your guy’s recommendation for a grow/plant light? To put in perspective I want my plants in a basement room but it gets virtually no natural light, is it even possible to grow things in there?
