Plasma you made an old man very happy today! I live in Australia and saw the Fabulous Babs sing that over 30 years ago in New York. Watching you perform was amazing and gave me hope that the younger generations have not forgotten the Icon Babs! @@oscorpio1365 I doubt it's the actual tugboat (That was a long time ago, I'd hope there have been some upgrades), but it does look incredibly similar, not to mention, they went right by the statue of liberty and got an incredibly similar shot as the original movie. Like, this was some commitment! It was amazing.

As the camera pans in she holds them up for precisely 17 seconds. 🤭 Now, the committee will review this incident. Holy crap! As an old drag performer (67 shoot me now) I’d get down and bow to this queen if I thought I could get back up! Throughout the whole production I kept thinking, what an odd choice of colors for her outfit, the shape, muff, hat, flowers, were all accurate to the movie, but what an odd choice of color? Then at the end…OMFG she was the Statue of Liberty! Here’s to the new reigning queen! Long live the queen!

I enjoy her aqua outfit against the orange boat - a reverse of Barbara's orange outfit contrasted against an aqua boat. The reversal is striking, and of course Plasma looks like a mini Lady Liberty in seafoam.

honestly it reminded me of when Santana (Naya Rivera) sings this song and nails it and Rachel Berry gets p!$$ed and acts offended that a non-Jew would dare, and proceeds to make a weird joke(?) about Puerto Ricans. Probably written by Lea Michele - well, dictated. But yeah Plasma killed it!

Wow! The amount of work that this must have taken to put together! The tugboat finale scene is to die for (camera work, sound, singing, costuming). I've taken that tugboat tour and really enjoyed it (though now I'm wishing Plasma had joined us).
