could you please please please comment on the selection of mammalian cells via neomycin. I also have that I could not find a good answer to online... If we have a T7 promoter upstream to a target gene that had optimized for a mammalian expression in and controlled by the CMV promoter (very similar to the plasmid you showed at the end of the video), does it mean that the gene can be expressed in a bacterial system?
