Bundle of thanks for sharing your golden information about Malaria. But sir my question is, Why Plasmodium Falciparum schizont is rare in blood circulation and quite difficult to detect in smear ?

Dear Junaid Khan, Schizonts have tendency to adher to the capillary wall. Hence they are not seen in the PS. Also that is the main pathogenesis of the PF.
