I'm learnt to operate a extrusion blow moulding machine. Magic something didn't know I was built for factory production lol wouldn't mind having a go at you machine lol

Good to see they wear hard hats but the lack of and operator gate to prevent the mold from closing is not good and I am certain that hard hat will stop the mold too. No biggie they have a lot of people to clamp up on before they need to worry about the safety of their workers.

This video was taken when we were testing machine in our workshop. Before delivery, we will put segurity sensor. Once people goes inside, the machine will stop working.

It is not by injection molding machine. It is a big extrusion blow molding machine. very nice job mvplas.com

I used to do this type of work in the us but they gave us terrible gloves after 6 months i left

very slow procedure... each piece its taking 2 minutes.. from start to complete and cleaning the moulde.

Hello Brook Valley, because we didn't use chiller for production and this was for testing. When you officially produce products in your factory, you can speed up.
