Well why is there so much flash on the parts either your tech is blowing the mold open are you need to shim the mold put some bluing on the B-side and close the mold and then look at the A-side and see where it's kissing the mold on the A-side with the blue dye and before you ask I have 31yrs in the injection molding I'm retried now with nothing to do.

Nothing to do with mold, we are testing products. It's problem with machine plate alignment. Thanks for worrying.

Not only the mold, but also more injection pressure might be needed

@@stephen6672 No you have flash already don't give it more pressure.start at square one with your process and go from there another idea is your A- side could have a water line hooked up wrong.
