This system integrated with auto pallet dispensor, crates grouping conveyors, robotic palletizor system. The robot End-of-Arm tool is designed to pick and place whole layer of 6 crates for each cycle. This palletizing solution was designed to palletize crates from 2 infeed conveyors onto 1 pallet with a single robot.
