As well as her specifically saying “plastic surgery gave me confidence”. It’s a terrible misconception for younger women that could make them feel they need this much work done on them to be confident.

She looks good, it is her own money, her kids are well cared for and it makes her happy; I see nothing wrong with it. That said, with all the accusations of grooming young women/men she should be careful as her sons get older. If they have friends over I would button up that button, wear a little longer skirt or jeans. She looks fine but has to protect herself against slander too.
