On the note of skin cancer & mole removal- I used to work in this field. When they remove a suspicious lesion, they are aiming to get clean margins. Since the cells are the bottom and edges of the mole are the ones still growing and pushing the other cells to the surface, there is a greater likelihood for cancerous cells to be at the margins of the specimen. Also, if it does turn out to be cancerous, they don’t have to go back and remove more to clear you. Lastly, the size and depth of the lesion as well give some diagnostic criteria. Just some fun background info :)

I got a reduction and let me tell you it reframed my whole figure. I had really sagging breasts and when I would wear tops it was not flattering at all, my breast reduction reframed my entire body and I could finally see my abs from my face. I usually couldn’t do that because my breast would cover my abs

that missing kidney story hit home. A pilot on my mothers crew paid for a sex worker in China. He was late to the bus call time, and when hotel management went to his room he was found unconscious on his bed, also missing a kidney. We should all make safer decisions when travelling.
