I have seen restaurants this busy with only one employee. And he had no automated anything.

Here is his factory : On the bottom right, occupying most of the kitchen area, is the pie section. It is so huge that some of it extends to the top right. On the bottom left of the pie section is the mashed potatoe section. It barely takes up any space, because you know, smashed potatoes. At the top is the cheese board area. It isn't fully automated as you need to place the board in manually, but it still does the job. To the left of this area is the coffee area. All of the production is centralized in a mall area (p sure it coul've been slightly tighter if the cheese boards were fully automated). His table setup is simple. He has two tables of four, that he can serve from the counter. Then, smart grabbers take the diry dishes and send them to the sink, which is also in the mall area The rest of the space in the eating area is primarily dedicated to waiting. Most empty spaces are filled with decorations.
