Rexxar's is among Blizzard's most floundered characters. The fact he didn't show up in Mists of Pandaria to team up with Chen Stormstout, Rokhan, Vol'jin, Thrall and Baine Bloodhoof for Siege of Orgrimmar as a callback to the Siege of Theramore in Warcraft III vexes me till this day. That, and he didn't speak a single word to Rokhan during BfA....

Rexxar's "Shut up!" are truly words to live by.

He honestly has always felt like a character from a different game that just cameos in Warcraft games from time to time

The running joke of Rexxar throwing an axe at anyone who monologues too long is one I didn't know I needed.

I like how he saw a stranger about to die and he instantly rushed in like "I got you Homie!"

I appreciate using the Hearthstone story and voiceacting to give Rexxar more self-narration. Helps add to things.

Chen might have been a joke character but he was a really cool joke character imo, when I had him in my team, I just liked him, I kind of wished there was more of a focus on him in MoP, he honestly should have been the horde representative for Pandareans

It's insane that a huge character like Rexxar has rarely been used in WoW. I'd love to see his storyline progress in the future.

After 20 years, it feels Blizzard never realized how cool they made this character. They didn't delve into him for some reason.

The fact that Rexxar is an aloof wanderer is what makes him great. He's looking out for himself. A self-imposed exile living quietly off the land. He shows up when needed and quietly recedes back to the wilds again once the need has passed.

Rexxar is one of the coolest characters in Warcraft, and is one of the primary characters I think of when I think "Horde". He's served as the inspiration for several characters even in my own writing, and is the basis of a character I created in a tabletop campaign. Thank you for doing this and giving him some justice! I hope he appears in game in a more meaningful sense in the future!
