Awesome Video, nice explanation! I was looking at the Zoom B6, Is it worth buying? And do you know if I can attach the Bass Pitch shifting Whammy Pedal to the B6? And does the tuner work easily? Thanks:)

The tuner works great and is pretty “responsive” for lack of better words. The Whammy pedal, as with any other pedal, can simply be placed before the input, or in the effects loop. If adding anything to the loop, you must add the loop as an effect on the B6. But what’s nice is it can be placed anywhere in the pedal chain.

If you are looking to use more than a few effects at one time with a preamp, the processing power you limit that. If your desired tone only consists of a few effects at once, it’s awesome. I do have a couple other videos explaining that a little deeper. Thanks!!!

I use it for 90% of my live performances. It’s a great unit.

Is there a way to assign bank switching in memory mode to a foot switch?

No. You would have to change your play mode to bank/patch, go to the bank you want, then back to memory mode

Low dsp is the biggest drawback to this unit. Stupid to need to buy a Bluetooth adapter to use the drums for practice without having to bend down. Other than that this thing smokes the helix for bass tones, not much else.

Yes, the rhythm deal is not ideal for those who want quick access to it. I don’t use it so it has never been an issue for me personally. As a whole though, I feel the B6 is one of the better processors on the market. They each have their own pros and cons.
