I’m right there with you on loving the Predators! They (and their lore) are so cool!!!

Magical tinkering gets you a recorder and when I think of all the times in the original movie the Predator mimicked different members of the squad. Mac in particular was tricked by this. (It could also be minor illusion but I'm just trying to use the magical tinkering feature for something)

A harpoon gun would be seen as dishonorable to the yautja because it takes the thrill of the hunt away

A lizard man honestly kind of sounds like a xenomorph they have plus two dexterity a bite attack and a third lung which is perfect because xenomorphs can survive space and underwater just give them a climb speed and your kind of set to go

Thunderwave doesn't surround you. That's thunderclap, the cantrip. Thunderwave creates a wave of sound that emits from you in a cube (instead of a cone). It's a common misconception due to the self range but the spell description clearly states originating from you, not surrounds you or in a radius. The radial spells thunderclap, earth tremor, and swordburst always say anyone in range other than you, implying it's around you. But I'm not your DM.

Repeating shot infusion turns your crossbow into a blaster with magical ammunition. But yeah, returning weapon with a chakram (d6 slashing, thrown, 20/60) makes more sense. Chakram is exotic, so not in 5e official, but this homebrew version seems balanced.
