Kinda crazy to think it's been a year since Future Redeemed released, the hype surrounding Xenoblade Chronicles 3 release still feels like it wasn't that long ago. I'm very excited for what Monolithsoft cooks next.

Seriously can't believe it's been 1 year since this campaign came out. I'm about to do a second play-through, I rushed it last year because of the short release before Zelda TOTK but honestly Future Redeemed might just be my 2023 GOTY.

Future redeemed was everything I wanted and more incredible, this is the best DLC I ever payed for a JRPG. It solidified XBC3 as a top 10 rpg game all time.

Same, from beginning to end, I enjoyed every minute. I’d even limit my playtime to an 45 mins or so a day, or an hour at the most, just to make it last. Gaming perfection.

Future Redeemed is practically everything I wish the base game was. XC3 never really felt like Xenoblade to me. But Future Redeemed FEELS like Xenoblade.

This is dumb as hell lmao. Sorry that characters and plot points from the previous entries didn’t overshadow the base game. Imagine if XC2 existed purely to service XC1’s story and characters instead of being its own story

@@ZephyrK. Xenoblade 2 had elements of the previous game as an easter egg and helped advance the plot. Xenoblade 3 was heavily falsely advertised as the culmination of the series and yet had NO connection to the previous two games! Melia and Nia were useless inserts and their presence in the game was not needed! They could have been random unrelated queens and NOTHING would have changed! Future Redeemed felt like Xenbolade because it brings us back to Klaus' experiment, something that was never mentioned in the base game which is effing fog goat tree

XB3 was my GOTY 2022, and while TOTK was easily 2023, Future Redeemed was a phenomenal expansion that really doubled down on why XB3 was the best game of 2022. As well as a close 2nd favorite game on the Nintendo Switch. But yes, such a master-piece with nigh-endless quality.

What I love from Future Redeemed is not Shulk but actually Rex. They have made a story of a broken man who has lost everything but still carries on for the future of everyone else. It's the perfect ending for his character

I can't believe that it's been a year already. Future Redeemed really raised the bar for me where RPGs are concerned. The storytelling and the way it was the culmination of the whole franchise was on an entirely different level.

Future Redeemed pretty much was a culmination of everything Monolithsoft learned making that series and it was near perfection. I only had one issue, and this is certainly personal with me; there was 1 ether mast that when I activated it wouldn't register on my map, even though it was active. Never could figure out why, probably something weird with my game, however since I'm not a completionist it didn't drive me insane, thankfully

I do hope we get an answer to what is going to happen to everyone after the end of 3, if only because what the ending showed was more of a sequel hook then either the first or second had, that said, I am sure I will not be the only one piss if all that was just one big nothing burger.

It has probably the first character I actively dislike. It also completely changed one of the more impactful moments in the base game. At least it has better map design and the overworld music doesn't have the issue of taking minutes to get going. It's XC, so it's fun to play, but the whole of XC3 is just a mess to me.

FR solidified Xenoblade 3 as one of my favorite games of all time, and I'm not sure if another game can even come close at this point.

I’m kinda with you. The first installment was outstanding, but there’s something magical about 3, and this DLC. I can’t wait to replay it 5 years from now.
