I wasn't able to find anymore information about where this figure actually came from. But I wouldn't be too surprised if it really was a ripoff of the original artist. Though it seems like the original sculpt didn't have movable eyes 🤷‍♂️ I guess rules are nonexistent when it comes to these unlicensed stuff. Sometimes we luck out and get companies like GameToys punching up against that bloodsucking SE. Then we have something like this where Play Toy punches down on individual artists 😔
