I love that you guys crack open the giant old Game Genie with the tiny book. There's a program called Game Genie Guy that mods the rom, you can put that on a flash cart but it's not as impressive to see on screen as the big ass add-on for a 'portable' console. Hats off for being truly old school. As for Addams Family, it's straight up terrible, like lots of licensed 90s games. I'd say try Pocket Bomberman for Game Boy. It's a 1997 platformer based on Bomberman, plays great but is kinda overlooked because it's from the twilight days of all that. Console games were a different thing by then and handhelds had a lot of catching up to do.
