In this video I explain how I approached learning the beginning of "Words Fail" by ear (without notation).
My tutorials are for musicians, primarily pianists, interested in learning by ear. This is not a video for beginners, though beginners might find some of these insights helpful.

This song is from "Dear Evan Hansen," an artfully written musical which opened on Broadway in 12/2016. Composer and Lyricist credits : Benj Pasek and Justin Paul. I do not own the rights to this show.
NOTE: This was recorded on 3/19/17. I have since seen Dear Evan Hansen. :-)

i know your probably very busy but ben platts new 2 songs "ease my mind' and "bad habit" have no instramentals online yet. if you can i would be so grateful for one
