I will always remember having a brake failure in my Toyota at Malaysia whilst running 4th on main straight, it meant I couldn't break at all needless to say I died lol. Last game that gave us failures.

F1 04 is basically the 4th game to have random engine fails although not for player 1.

Are you sure you can't have an engine failure? I remember that in f1 2006 you can have random engine failures, but it only happened once to me in over 100 hours of playing.

@@kennedyshotfirst2534 it also happened to me once in F1 2006 (i was driving a McLaren. 100% realism then) and many times in F1 Championship Edition driving Toyotas and BARs to the win in 50% length races

@@marcomolinari94 I'm pretty sure the length of a race doesn't impact how many engine failures there are. Maybe the PS3 Version is different but i really don't think so.

well this brings back memories. my 2nd f1 game after f1 2003. managed to complete all 3 season (if im not mistaken) and won with mclaren. still remember it like it was yesterday, yet 10 years have passed(thats when i took the game seriously without taking every single a.i. out at every damn race)

Aarav, in the official 2003 game you can set it to Spectator mode, at Monaco, reverse grid order and then wait til the first round of pit stops for carnage. I did this so often as a kid due to the old pit exit before St. Devote.

Please... F1 Championship Edition... At least you can change your control settings in the options menu before selecting single player... Like so Aarav sees this!!!
