The reason Foxy was attacking you so often was because of your high fps, unlike all the other animatronics in FNAF 1 foxy counts up a servant amount of frames then he moves if i recall correctly

Love how all of them jump on you but Foxy is just like "Whats up doc" on the door and somehow you die anyway.

I was laughing so hard at 14:00, that moaning means you are dead lol. Tips for 4/20 mode if you choose to do it: Bonnie and Chica: they will always move about every 5 seconds, which means when they appear at your door, they will always leave after 5 seconds. Foxy: he will move every 5 seconds UNLESS you are looking at the cameras, if you are looking at ANY camera when he gains the opportunity to move, it will ALWAYS fail, no matter what happens. Freddy: he is the only character to have the weakness of "Camera Stalling". If you are looking at Camera 4B Freddy will never enter the office, but he will also never leave that camera, as soon as you look away from that camera, he will gain the ability to move again, and because he can only be delayed it will happen almost instantly.

5 Nights at Freddy's let's go!! Always quality content, that's my streamer! I would really love to see the entire series for the nostalgia month! Most of the games from this series hold a special place in my heart. I also wouldn't mind seeing Killer Frequency again. I love this game! I heard there are more endings to get, people were saying something about bad and good ending, but I think it only depends if you save Peggy at the end. If you don't the Whistling Man kills you too and that I think is the bad ending, and what you got is the good ending. So you could do one run where you save everybody and one where you kill everyone (including you and Peggy to get the bad ending). Or you can do just one of them, or none at all. Considering you jist played this game and that I don't know how replayable these kinds of games are for you. And by the way, at the end, in the epilogue, where there was a tv showing credits and playing music and also there was a chalkboard with pictures of all the characters that could've died, you were talking about what you liked in the game and YOU TALKED OVER THE BEST SONG IN THE GAME! It really slaps, you missed out a lot trust me! Xd Anyway, have a nice day!

As far as I know you've never played them but the Fatal Frame series is top tier classic horror and you have your pick of games as they follow different protagonists for the most part. I recommend Fatal Frame 2: Crimson Butterfly or Fatal Frame 5: Maiden of Black Water as good entry points. Fatal Frame 2 is the most famous but 4 and 5 were remade in the last few years and are fabulous.

fun fact: foxy will only move based on frame rate, that means if you set your FPS to 2 foxy would never attack you, though its slow it's possible to survive all 5 nights without moving. The way that works is foxy won't move (Fps limited to 2) and Bonney, Chica and Freddy don't attack unless you open your cams. -Ps Insym love your content keep it up with nostalgia month.

Freddy can't move if the camera is on him, if you check pirates cove and the room he's in regularly (like your checking pirates cove, but you're also checking the room freddys in) that should freeze him in place.

So, for anyone wondering what the optimal strat for countering all animatronics is, it goes as followed in no specific order: Check left with light Check right with light Check cam 4B (5 seconds max between cam flips) This is because of 2 reasons, ignoring Chika and Bonnie as they're fairly basic (left and right side). Firstly, Foxy doesn't stop moving whenever you look at his cave, it's whenever you flip up the cam. Therefore, you could just look at one spot. 5 seconds in between is because Foxy has a chance to move every 5 seconds uninterrupted. Secondly, is why you should look at what I remember should be the 4B cam. It is because Freddy has a fairly basic mechanic although it's shrouded in the game. He will only attack when you flip up the cam and not when flashing the light. BUT, he can not attack if you're looking at the 4B cam, his attack location. This is because he is locked in his position on the cam whenever you look at him. I hope this works as I came up on it on my own a while ago watching a KZfaqr (Forgot, long time ago) explaining all animatronic mechanics of FNAF 1. Through his explenation, this should be fool proof. Except for GF, but you only need to flip up the cam for him. I am not saying I am a genius who always comes up with optimal strats or whatnot. I am saying that from knowing the mechanics of this game there should be 0% to lose by being attacked with this strat being used in a logical thinking. The only thing needed now is optimal time between cycles, as power is not taken into consideration in this strat of countering the aninatronics. The cam has to be checked every 5 seconds at least, since Foxy's cam checking requires it. Thanks for reading my TED Writing

The fact that setting the games frame rate to 2 makes it so foxy cant hurt you and since jump scares only happen when the camera gets raised. A stupid way to always win

There’s a new fnaf fan game called The Return to Bloody Nights and it’s actually really really good

IIRC: Every few seconds, each animatronic has a chance to move. The chance gets higher each night, and some animatronics' chances increase during the night (they become more aggressive). Chica alqways moves in a straight line towards you. Bonnie wanders. Freddie always takes the same path and reaches the office then just lurks on a camera behind you. Foxy's chance to "move" (IE, get a step closer to charging the office) is 0% if you looked at the camera since his last move attempt. This means to keep him at bay, especially on harder difficulties, you have to check the camera ever second or two - you can just flip it up and flip it down super quickly, the frequency matters not the length that you actually look at the camera. ALSO: If you listen you can hear the animatronics' footsteps as a slow, soft "pit...pat..." every time they move IF they're within a few rooms of your office. So sometimes you hear footsteps and they moved from 3 rooms away to 2 rooms away, sometimes they moved from 1 room away to your office, but you always hear the footsteps. You won't hear footsteps for their first few movements because they're too far away. The footsteps do not seem to get louder or change depending on who is moving or how close they are (or at least, I can't tell). Freddy has a little chuckle instead of footsteps. Listen at 27:08: Insym says "subgenre", there's a brief pause, and then around 27:10 you hear 'pit... pat...'
