I work as an employee for the Kame Yu department stores, and I get home every day by 8 PM at the latest. I don't smoke, but I occasionally drink. I'm in bed by 11 PM, and make sure I get eight hours of sleep, no matter what. After having a glass of warm milk and doing about twenty minutes of stretches before going to bed, I usually have no problems sleeping until morning. Just like a baby, I wake up without any fatigue or stress in the morning. I was told there were no issues at my last check-up.

Same here I'm not a huge Polyphia fan I can't just listen to their songs while driving or even chill to them. However, the first half of this song is fkn amazing I keep listening to it over and over I just cannot believe the level of talent it takes to pull off all those harmonics back to back so fast without error it's just crazy. Don't get me wrong harmonics aren't the hardest thing in the world to pull off, however, there are 100's of ways to do a harmonic wrong and only 1 right way, and how he pulls them off with such ease is just mindblowing, especially at that speed. Yeah, I cannot groove to most of their music but what I will say is Tim is one hell of a guitarist and with that kind of talent he can go places. I have seen some of his other videos and the dude has unbelievable talent.

This isn't very new though to anyone with a ear in flamenco or other acoustic guitar acts. When you're that good and are able to play songs like this there is not much tension anymore and it all becomes dependent on muscle memory and you don't even need to focus hard on what you're doing anymore.
