5:14 fun fact that might not be so fun - for some reason, blocks of hay can only be penetrated by the Nitro Express (UNSURE ABOUT THIS BTW). Any normal bullet, FMJ and spitzer cannot penetrate a block of hay. It's pretty much as good of a cover as a bunch of metal sheets stacked together. Idk the reason, but I guess it's mostly due to thickness, although some little piles of hay on the second floor stop penetration from the side the hay is visible. Hunt is weird sometimes :v

Scottfield swift is the best revolver for fanning. When conversion fanning fails you you're dead or you get pushed ammo-less, you're dead. You can reload the Scottfield swift whilst being pushed.

My favorite fanning handgun would be the silencer nagant because I got my first double kill with it. 1 week old player so i got more to experience. Thanks for your guides I've been improving at a fast rate thanks! :D

Very few admit that fanning on a nagant is as good as on a conversion, and perhaps even surpasses it. Personally, I prefer the nagant, because it is cheaper and 1 bullet more reliable. Besides, I like it aesthetically. I am glad that Raсhta paid attention to this revolver.

Nice vid, I love fanning but is it me or do I see more fanning accuracy on longer ranges on PC? I play on PS5 and I consider myself a pretty good aim with fanning but the spread of the chain looks much higher than that I see in this vids ;) Gr from the Netherlands m8 !

Best fanning pistol? Easily the scottfield swift. Its absurd for the amount of pressure and lead you can output in a short amount of time, but must bring an ammo box because fanning only makes you run dry. Best paired with the vetterli (fmj) or drilling (regular) for long range.

Hey Rachta, quick question: I always feel like fanning is random and very inconsistent. No matter how perfect my crosshair seems to be on the enemy, somehow bullets still never conect. Also i try to not fully spam the gun, i take 2-3 shots quick, reposition my aim and try again if it didnt kill already. Am I unlucky or am i using it wrong? Also cool video as always, thanks for that.

Doubt this will be read or responded to but here we go: How do you deal with teams refusing to go to banishment and get there SUPER late just to third party and have nothing to do with the bounty? Playing too many games recently where we get to banishment first but get third partied, the bounty hides inside like cowards, then when we win the fight the bounty is gone. Hard to imagine what half of the server is doing at this point. Are they role playing in other compounds killing zombies? Slow? Idk, but I'm about ready to take a break at this point. Playing aggressively never seems to pay off, and the rats always win.

Chain pistol fanning is a pox on this game. The fact that you can whiff 15 shots in a row in a matter of seconds and still win a gunfight just feels bad.

Issue is not gear but Rachtaz skill. He will wipe teams even with shovel. He dont care about guns. Just give him something with ammo and thats it.

Rachta, I truly believe the chain pistol with fmj is better. The fact you don't have to reload throughout the whole fight means that you can much more easily take down groups of 3 by yourself as long as you're close, you should play chain like it's a shotgun

I agree that the Caldwell Conversion Pistol is one of the best guns for fanning in the game. But when it comes to rate of fire the standard nagant is an Uzi compared to the caldwell pistol....

Nagant Silenced for me, I think it has less spread than others and you can do it quietly, so the really dont know what's going there exactly.

Gotta admit, the fanning should spread far more, far more quickly. It is incredible what can you do with that trait consistently.

im a 2.5kd player with over 1k hrs (just saying this to prevent "git gud" comments) and literally TODAY went into a match with fmj conversion, and missed approx. 15 shots from ~10m away, while having my crosshair dead on enemy's chest and only 2-3 tapping at a time. Ran out of bullets and had to knife the guy. Point is : it all goes down to RNG in the end still.

I personally really dislike fanning. Idk, there is allways just to much uncertainty in it. When I have it, I rarely ever spam. Weirdly enough, I really enjoy spamming with levering. Maybe I just don't have enough practise with fanning, but I don't think I ever want to rely on that much rng

I am sorry but calling fanning "fun" trait is just annoying at best. Yes i used it myself but still somehow magically miss all shots while his body is taking over half of my crosshair. Meanwhile they headshot me across +50m away on 1st shot. I guess i am extremely unlucky about rng parts of the game and i hate it.

i got some mega hate messages the other day from someone i killed with fanning - he was so upset at how 'trash' i was for fanning him on the chain pistol ...something about relying on rng - as if shotguns dont also rely on that...
