You could do 1 pack for every generation. It’d go pretty quickly because of the short lifespan and you could combine stuff packs and kits with bigger packs for more content in the generation

i love this! when you add an expansion pack every generation you usually call it a lepacy. i do this a lot wit the sims 3 :)

Jay Huntington actually has good genes, plus he sounds fancy. He isn't really, but it'll sound good when you're like 6 generations in looking at family photos "there's ya grandpappy Jay Huntington the 3rd and you're Jay Huntington the 11th!"

Its called a lepacy challenge im pretty sure maybe add a DLC every time an heir ages up so add one once they become a toddler, child, teen esc

So exited for this series! I think adding Packs every episode is a bit excessive. I think it depends on how you feel and some packs take a bit more time than others. Generally I think for a big event would be good 💕

You could add 1 extra pack for every generation so combining them with the previous packs. For example Gen 2 would be Base Game + Outdoor Retreat, Gen 3 would be Base Game + Outdoor Retreat + Get To Work. It would go pretty quickly because of the short lifespan aspect.

I would add the packs at imprtant moments maybe small Accessoire packs for less important ones. Or every episode or two a new one but really only one at a time. And I,m really glad you're also on KZfaq because high school keeps me busy. And because I now recognize your giggles even more :) I usually plays this challenge with a furnished house. Saaame my OG Sim is also clumsy. The weather outfit categorys and much outfits came with an update. Lmao I recognize that your home is at the same place as my rusty shag I used a few days ago to start my hardcore not so Berry

I’m excited to see someone do this. I actually wrote a challenge similar to this. It’s multigenerational and you play with the packs through the generations

What are the best packs to get? I’ve only just started sims 4 base game and a lot I mean A LOT of content on KZfaq is situated around the expansion packs so I’m having trouble learning different ways to enjoy just the base game, but I plan to get some expansion packs

literally only 50 seconds in and this sort of "legacy but I gradually add dlc" is called a LEPacy, as in legacy mixed with EP (exansion pack) this has been a challenge since the sims 2 I think
