If u care for little info about rain: 1) Always pick hydrolift. It gives you more damage, ecpecially in corner combos, safety and some pressing options 2) DB3 is also cool for cancels 3) Use F2 - one of the very best long range punish tools 4) Jump moar. Rain kick jump is OP

Eh. Thing that sucks is all of these are rather useless against a skill player. Hydroboost can be antiair and flawless blocked, his F2 is one of his best range tools but is easily punishable, and is slow on start up. You can even grab him while he's in mid animation, and his overhead kick isn't that good. Geras, Kabal, Baraka, Jade, all have better kicks from what I seen

i personally find that the water ball is very good, it can combo into his other 2 launchers, also a lot of ppl try pushing buttons after is 133 string and you can use either the kick launcher or the projectile. also going for more throws can be good since they both have kb’s

There really is 2 options. Upload more often with less edits and therefore video probably being less hilarious. Or continue at the rate im uploading.

I took a break from all of the fighting games I played (Tekken 7, Melty Blood, DBFZ, GGStrive) and when I came back to them... I was definitely getting my ass served cold, so this video hits home.

@@battlerushiromiya205 he has decent move sets, pretty much all his moves are viable, KBs on both throws, decent breaker, has a 10f mid and the best wave dash in the game, yes he is low tier but that’s due to low damage and dial in strings, if you master wave dashing and put the work in he’s a problem

As a Rain main. He's easily the worst character in the game. Little to no range (His speed is substitute) very little damage, one 50/50, 1 mid string that is slow on startup (Meaning it's easy to poke or jab out of pressure) 2 KBs and only 1 can go into a combo, and this is something for him specifically. His animations has serious delaying issues. If you do his D3, there's times where you'll see the water come out but it won't hit them. Same with his F4. And if you've noticed... This is just his base state. I haven't even mentioned his specials. That all have a whole slew of problems. He's easily the worst in the game. You can't convince me. They did my boy dirty.

It's possible to win as any character in any of their games, mk11 was just alot of mediocre characters in need of adjustments among like the 7 meta crazy good characters. Was and is toxic af since it's all you would see

I think everypeople should use this custom variation with hydro boost and water ball.With Hydro Boost you can highly pressure your opponent and link your combos with water ball.

Hydroboost with water ball is dangerous, and also katar toss is just way too got of a projectile. I honestally like hydroboost with quantum slice and edenian force Easy aerial combos, lot of damage and good preassure

Use 133 after geyser palm or super kick. It is faster, does more damage, and is safe if your opponent breaks.
