A RoboPup Voucher you can buy will appear in the Recycle Shop once you've hit 11,000 Owner Points or played ~35 days consecutively. Make it and then you can get one from the Pet Shop.

When I played and recorded this, people had been saying that if you let them run into every grass patch, they wouldn't get trained properly. I don't usually pull them away though.
