The next title of the mud series should be inspired by the genesis and assumptions for which it is really famous. So refined physics of surfaces, vehicles and weight of loads. The rest of the mechanics can always be added, but these three aspects are the most important. In the next installment of the series, there should be a mechanic of slippery mud (e.g. OverPass) or wet asphalt (e.g. Gran Turismo). The SHERP Ural Challenge takes into account the wheel pumping system and the load capacity of bridges and crossings. This adds a lot of immersion to this title

I was going to download Overpass but saw that it was timed events. I hate timed events. Other than that it seems like a really cool game. Oh and I really don't like the types of vehicles in that game either.

PS Tomcat: You can change the style of camera to a normal camera in settings (Or just press 4) Also, I would love to see more of this game.

I got tired of snowrunner too fast, and the memory stuff that completely locks the xbox for the chance to play other games 😅 and i like some of the mudrunner modes, that makes you really think about what vehicles to use..

Mudrunner has always been my favourite. I think snowrunner was almost a completely different game, rather than another game in the series, and I never really got into it for this reason. I like the simple and clear challenge of get the logs to the sawmill in mudrunner. Have also been playing a bit of the original and it's pretty good as well, if a bit less polished in terms of controls and UI.

They also decided to DLC it to death and it's not affordable if you want a complete game in Snowrunner. Pretty ridiculous in my opinion to do that when the other games were reasonable.

I turned on Spintires original recently for the first time in years and was sad to see it doesn’t even load right for me the shadow maps are all messed up and if I mess with some graphics settings I can get the terrain but no trees or bushes and either my wheels go invisible or my axles go invisible when I mess with any graphics settings. I can’t seem to get it to work anymore even after reinstalling. The old tech demo still works fine. I wish I could find a file of spintires full game from around 2015 does anyone know where I can find that?

I assume that the sherp is a hydrostatic vehicle. The turning is similar to a skid steer. Mudrunner make the turning ng physics very real looking while the vehicles in snowrunner seem to turn on a pivot. Not very realistic yet a lot of driving games seem to get lazy at creating realistic handling. Even some of the AAA games do it

Mudrunner has ugly/blurry textures and arcadey physics. Lack of things to do in ST but the physics and graphics are so satisfying.

To me, spintires had better terrain deformation than mudrunner and snowrunner. More detailed vegetation on the maps as well. It also had a more realistic feel but maybe that's just me.

it look like the game was removed from steam. idk why. you might able to buy a key for the game on websites that sell steam keys

I managed to buy keys for the game, Aftermath and Chernobyl dlc. Got the Free vehicles pack, Canyons, and the Sherp ones from an user that shared his game files. Also, you can find them in the few cracked versions of the game that exist. The only one DLC that doesn't work by dragging the files is China adventure sadly, and you can't find the keys anymore.

I want there to be a better farming mechanic in the next installment too, basically become a blue collar sim if it must, I want to be able to start my oh homestead in snowrunner, be able to change the landscape with heavy machinery, build new builds
