So i read the title, a bourrasque video i presume?

Grinding this mission marathon in 2020 was the best possible thing ive ever done in this game (it was my first t8 premium)

2 round autoloaders are a special kind of toxic. Basically all the benefits of autoloading with none of the cons.

If I were to remove 3 premium tanks from the game I would always start with a Bourrasque. Then the BZ-176 and then the EVEN 90

Would be good to note what the Miel is, for people who don't know. It's a reskin of a Bourrasque I believe, and appears as a separate tank in the game, but plays identically to it.

Remember, T49 with 152mm (technically) gets the same alpha, the same reload, similar VR, similar stationary camo, similar mobility, MUCH WORSE accuracy and is a tier higher

The camo is what makes burrasque absolute monster. Its very hard to out spot and is relatively easy to play due to its small size. Burrasque has a very good dispersion values over all and i find aiming unit makes the gun way more accurate since you almost always can fully aim the first shot.

Love the Bourrasque, but 122 TM is my favourite T8. Just so comfortable playing when you know you can fight heavies close up as well as snipe from a distance.

I’m still working this tank out, all its idiosyncrasies and the like, however I will always defer back to my fav T8 med, the Type 59. Got it a long time ago and have loved it from day one

22:35 That... happens to me most of the time! I'm lucky to have at least one match in a day where the game isn't screwing with my shots. That's why I don't duel. I need to get myself into positions where I have a 100% chance of making my shots and my targets aren't looking at me. If a sliver of my outer aiming circle is off the target, or on a piece of armor that is too thick or at an angle where my shot will bounce, then the game is going for that 1% where my shot misses or bounces. Sometimes the game even breaks its own rules just to screw me over. Not doing damage to tanks that have no armor. After the match I go and check the after action report and indeed that tank with no armor never bounced any rounds. The game just said "Nah, that shot of yours just isn't going to count this time."

That mountain pass game, 3 on cap would’ve been way less tense at the end A platoon of Bourrasques is also really dangerous since you can 1-mag a lot of enemies. 2 shot autoloaders is basically a double barrel tank with insurance

Some tanks should have reverse preferential matchmaking: they can only see tanks 1 tier below them or equal tier, but the normal 2 tiers above them.

2 hours ago this little bastard of a tank made me (and the team) a 13k+ spotting on prokhorovka, after our light tank had died. Knowing that there was a higher tier light tank in the team, I wasn't even focusing on spotting at the start of the battle; not contesting early spotting positions. With the death of our 13 90 our team started to melt, but with the spotting set up (optics, cvs, exhaust, but no directive) we made an epic turn back. It was one of the best moments in the game I have ever experienced. p.s.: without gold ammo the bourrasque is a surprisingly good credit maker

@15:50, Will, try this beta you are giving. Maybe practice for a month and only using sneaky mediums or light tanks to have patience. I get you are doing things for twitch and red lining isn’t in your ‘contract’ with them. Yet there are safer plays worth making.

Best tier 8 tank imo, both for standard battles and skirmishes because of the burst fire, and its ability to play sneaky thanks to its camo and speed. But it’s a « no mistake allowed » tank. Very popular right but only a few players can make it work properly: no armor, no gun depression and clip syndrome.

I am rocking VStabs, Optics and, bounty exhaust and a prem. conmsumable. I like the view range and the sneaky nature of the Bourrasque. Question is whether 451m viewrange is enough?

On the NA server the Bourrasque is a pain in the back side. Every T8 game will have 2-3 of them on each side it seems. Way too many of them out there. Way too OP. It's like the old type 59 rush that happened after it came out but worse. 3 autoloadings 105mm tanks pushing a flank will turn the flank in the first 3-4 minutes of the match. It's a complete pest on the NA server.

Borrasque and the renegade were the only 2 tier 8 premiums i managed to grind out

I'm more comfy playing my Progetto46, but have better games in the frenchie. Love having bond vents, bond v-stabs, but opt for an aiming device, instead of rotation - is your setup really more effective, QB?

People complain about the bz-176, you can avoid the BZ when you are in a tier 6, good luck avoiding a borasque. This thing is the most overpowered most toxic tank in the entire game, if it was a tier 9 with the same stats it would still be a meta tank. the definition of pay-to-win.

Most OP and toxic tank into the game : fast medium, light tank camo and spotting abilities, deal TD damage in 2 quick shots. This premium is even more disgusting than BZ-176 and Elc Even because of his flexibility. I've seen so much sub 48% players getting casual 3 to 4K combined just because this vehicle is the definition of P2W

Wait. At 7:00 you mention that you have to waste two slots for Intuition because it the Miel has two loaders. Is that true that both need to have Intuition and not just one?

Qb i like this series but i think if you add a bit of variety like playing multiple best tanks i would be a lot better. Like the first and 2nd and maybe the best tech tree one better than playing the same tank for 30 m it's a little bit boring.

Re: Gun handling and Equipment Dont forget though that Rot. Mech. together with Stabilizer is calculated multiplicative rather than additive. So the bonus is less than you might think. The stat calculation is also mentioned ingame in the stat summary on the right garage side.

Instantly knew it was a tomato 43% CS-53 when it got spotted. Tomatoes are anomaly and they play like any other, you can't predict that shit. You didn't consider it since no sane player would be there unless its a piss poor player who gets lucky

the Bourrasque and the BZ-176 are two tanks that should never have been allowed to be put into the game at all. they are both HORRIBLY OP in their own elements, and the Bourrasque is capable of making plays that it shouldnt be able to, which is RETARDED... as a casual player who recently got into trying competetive play, it is just stupid how a single premium tank can decimate an entire platoon of heavy tanks with ease like the armor is nothing and our Viewrange (mine being over 488 in my Heavy) not being able to do jack shit against it no matter HOW close i am to the fucking thing.

i use impr aiming with v stab + v stab directive and its beter for my gameplay

No optics with cvs .. choosing to "overmatch" camo with 460 metres of viewrange instead of 505m is not what I'd suggest to less skilled players. Optics are always good with any CVS build on what is effectively a light tank.

I think you try to use the vision setup too much. Your using it on marginal spotting maps like Overlord against 3 light tanks? Personally my spotting build is purple optics, CVS and either GLD / or experimental aiming device, because you want to use the spotting build basically against other mediums not other lights. It is more balanced on the damage dealing and you still have a spotting advantage against meds, heavy, and TDs.

Absolutely hate the Bourrasque, its the Lefh of T8. Every match i see one i make it my mission in life to focus the crap out of it. 9/10 games in tier 8 will have a Bourrasque, and just 1 ambush can remove half a tank from the game in 2 seconds. Pure filth xD the BZ is dumb, but this tank is way worse xD
