@richarddoesitall I'd say FH4 was way better in terms of recycling. Sure, some of the "new" cars are recycled but there is at least 150 new to Forza cars in that game.

For most cars, just install the 6 speed race transmission and shorten the final drive to put more of a focus on acceleration. That will get you most of the way there.

I believe you can turn off the map and so on for the new one, so all you have are the pace notes. That doesn't help your second and third point though.

Unfortunately it looks like the "pace notes" in the new expansion are just scripted dialogue from the cast, like we've already seen on some of the "rally" inspired drives in FH5 that are badly timed, inaccurate, and basically meaningless. I could be wrong, but it seems nothing like the original FH1 Rally expansion which had dedicated pace notes created for each stage with proper attention paid to the corners to make it somewhat realistic. The new one looks like just flashy, annoying, useless babble which is kind of insulting.

FH1 had seperate gearbox for rally as a workaround for lack of tunning.

Sadly, they cannot Remaster FH1, Microsoft has, as of 2019, when this was confirmed by Playground Games on Livestream, *Mandated* that all Future Forza Games *Have* to Carry a PEGI 3/ESRB E Rating, this is a Massive Problem, as, when a Game is Re-Released, it has to be Re-Rated, and given the PEGI has become considerably Stricter than they were in 2012 (when FH1 was given an already "too High for the New Policy" PEGI 12), and, under the Current Rules, an FH1 Remaster, due "that" Cutscene with Hailey Harper, would be likely to get an 18! far too High for Microsoft's Corporate Policy Regarding the Series, so, Sadly, FH1 cannot be Remastered, and will Remain a One Off.

Horizon 1 is leagues ahead of any other horizon game in my opinion. The campaign and multiplayer is still unmatched.

You can play fh3 on PC with some shenanigans (running 1803 windows 10 version) with cracked not sure about legit copy downloaded from MS store but I think that had same story as cracked versions maybe FH4 being unplayable after last good Nvidia driver 522.25 and everything after crashing after few minutes of gameplay FH5 noproblems FH 1 and 2 xenia sound is weird and very fricking loud

People just do not seem to be willing to Accept that Microsoft has made a 3 Rating *Mandatory* for all Future Forza Titles and thus would *Never* Greenlight such an Expansion because it would not Comply with Microsoft Corporate Policy for FH5, never mind the Fact such an Expansion would also have Todays ever more PR image Conscious Car Companies, quite Correctly, Queuing up to *remove their Licenses* to avoid their Sales being Savaged by a Absolute PR Self Destruct! I am kind of Looking Forward to Rally Adventure (although I accept Baja 1000 Adventure would be more Appropriate) as I was one who did not get to Play this Expansion, as I actually did not really like FH1 very much, it was FH2 that really hooked Me!

@@surgeb94 Microsoft now owns PGG, Wholly, 100%, this means It really is Microsoft who Decides if they are going to Pay to Recover the Music and Car Licenses or not, and given Microsoft is currently Spending a Fortune on Legal Proceedings so as to Purchase Activision, I doubt that would be willing to Pay for Music and Licenses to re-Release a, in their Eyes, Long Redundant Expansion for a Game that, for Microsoft, no Longer has any Place in the Forza Series as it does not Comply with their New Corporate Policy for the Forza Series in that it is PEGI 12/ESRB T while the New Policy is *Mandatory* PEGI 3/ESRB E.
