I think memory is oblivion past. the oblivion rarity is the truth seeker beacause oblivion is finding the truth about memory or sol? and just like in the oblivion cutscene it said have you seen my last memory? and it show symphony symbol and other symbol that might relate to some of other aura that might mean that oblivion or memory has been for so long now maybe in the void and they send jester and sell oblivion potion so they can get out of the void
