I've heard this song a thousand times, and half that many different versions. I didn't realize that a harp player was missing from every version I'd ever heard until now. Alberto Manuel De La Rosa is phenomenal!!!

The "original" Bamba is played with a harp. It's a song originary from Veracruz, México called "son jarocho", and it's about 200 years old.

With love from India.... I first heard a pop 'hit'version of this tune almost forty years ago...... This was incredibly better...... much more heart, soul, melody and rhythm!!!! Could go on listening to it.... again and again!

Listened to this 3 times before I decided to write during the 4th. This so beautiful in it's native format added to all the talent, beautiful talent, I couldn't hold the tears of joy at hearing such a gathering. The video is stunning as well, the faces of the children and the action of the maestros and their skills. !Gracias Gracias Gracias!!!!!!
