it's amazing that an artist as astor piazzola gets known in korea. many argentinian artists have found success in east asia. for example: folklore artist, athaualpa yupanqui, was highly acclaimed in countries like japan. also, japanese singer Ikuo Abo was known for singning tangos even though he didn't speak spanish.

Piazzolla's father sold my grandpa a bicycle. We are from the same town, Mar del Plata. So Piazolla's dad had a bike shop near our bus terminal. "Adios Nonino" is dedicated to him. #trueStory.

My father was a tango singer. He crossed Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil, and many other countries from Latin America, even with an orchestra sometimes. He passed away thirteen years ago and tango has always been a part of my life, even after his death. And for the first time ever, I really wish I could just show him something. That something is this video. Absolutely glorious.

Aprete en el video porque estaba en coreano y dije oh seguro sea lofi, al pasar el tiempo me di cuenta que era tango, no era algo de corea minimizo el juego que jugaba y lei Astor Piazzolla, nunca habia escuchado algo de el, solo oir que era uno de los mejores y wow, tenian razon. Y la verdad que me da gusto que coreanos lo escuchen porque merece totalmente la pena que esto siga viviendo

guarda que no es el original... es una version que pareciera ser de camara, es decir por orquesta clasica. La original es otro tipo de orquesta, con el propio Astor en bandoneon.... te recomiendo mucho mas aquella, la de bandoneon, es tremenda. Slds.

soy poco conocedor de Astor, me fascina, me gusta le tango, pero no soy gran conocedor, mas alla de lo conocido Pero Astor es un genio, es el mozart del tango.. el tipo transformo el tango en musica clasica... le metio movidas medio percucionales de jazz contemporaneo...

Infravalorados? Tiene decenas de instituciones con su nombre, estatuas y homenajes. En Argentina y literalmente TODO el mundo. Sin ir más lejos, acá en Argentina uno de los conservatorios más importantes del país tiene su nombre. A cualquiera de otro país le decís "Argentina" y te dice "ah, Piazzolla, Maradona y Messi"

Mi abuelo fue de becado a la Argentina cuando estaba joven, fue con mi abuela y sus dos hijos (mi tía y mi papá) Ahí conoció el tango y todavía tiene algunos discos de la época, gracias a él que conocí esta música y no podría estar más agradecida.

Como truquito, si la tipografía tiene ángulos rectos, lineas rectas y circuitos es muy probable que sea coreano, después el chino y japones comparten muchos símbolos, los kanijs (aunque se pronuncian distinto), pero el japones tiene símbolos específicos que el chino no, y que son los silabarios hiragana y katakana, y que tal vez puedas reconocer. Para otros idiomas ya no doy jaja

I know you might not believe this comment! But I am the grandson of Piazzolla's guitarist. Oscar Lopez Ruiz, my grandfather, passed away 3 years ago, in 2021. Adios Nonino. Always proud to listen to his music. P.S.: The grandson didn't turn out to be a guitarist. Yo se q quizas no crean este comentario! Pero soy el nieto del guitarrista de Piazzolla. Durante bastante tiempo he escuchado Piazzola. Sin embargo, gracias a este mix ahora tengo una nueva visión de su genialidad. Un mix extraordinario con versiones que nunca había escuchado que le dan aún más potencia a la genialidad de este compositor. Una pepita de oro.

Gracias al canal y a esta hermosa comunidad por subir al mejor del tango. En sus primeros años sus contemporáneos le han criticado (a Piazzolla) que lo que el hacía "no era tango", por su carácter frenético e instrumental. Hoy es indiscutible. Saludos a todos desde Argentina!

This is so surreal to me... I'm from Argentina and I literally grew up listening to tango, and out of the blue this was suggested to me by KZfaq... I guess I should have seen it coming but still, I'm surprised...
