Hello, good day ! Welcome to baking world. It’s edible sugar frosting sheet printed using printing machine which for edible images , I use only water in sticking all fondant decoration, some they use piping gel

sorry for the late reply but thank you so much!, roll the fondant very thin and wait for atleast 5 mins to set.. then cut the letters 1 by 1

The idea if the cake is niece however I would have made the controller out of rice crispy treats. That is way to much fondant plus fondant only make things look nice it does not taste good.With all that fondant I hope the cake part is moist and good otherwise waste of cake.
