The N64 version didn't have the boss characters in the menu (you had to use codes) but it did run significantly better overall and Shang Tseung didn't make the game slug when he transformed.

Trilogy is one of those games where every port has problems due to something. PS1 and Saturn: Load times and Shang Tsung transformation's. N64: Cut down roster, muffled audio, music is only MIDI MK3 songs, but it has faster gameplay. PC: Best version so far, but music is slower and low pitched (though that goes for PS1 and Saturn). There is an "MK Quadrilogy" game made in MUGEN for PC that pretty much is what Trilogy should've been. Not even kidding, check it out.

You cannot get teleport->spear combo against a human. It's just that the computer doesn't block it and it registers as a combo.

N64 version was better, made by Midway (the PSX wasn't)

There's no 32X version of MKT or MKU. THAT is MK2 and no, MK2 on 32X isn't the best. THAT is still the SNES. The 32X version is damn good though. Really damn good.
