Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 Gameplay on the new Playstation Portal.
My PS5 is connected via ethernet to Google Fiber 1 Gig speed.
Call of duty map: Meat 24/7
Game mode: Hardcore Hardpoint

Your actually doing awesome for the portal. I just got one and when I played I was pretty sad the frame rate couldn't really keep up. Great idea with the fov to 90. I'm gonna try that next time

Good tips on this! Ordered the Portal a few days ago mainly to play CoD in bed while my wife watches TV. This video gives me hope it'll be playable. Thanks for the upload!

I agree for competitive multiplayer I prefer my smaller monitor with high refresh rate. I haven’t tried a big screen with a good refresh rate might be ok.

Got mine today but my right thumb still is way too sensitive so I guess I need to adjust it

I can bet you it’s not that the stick is very sensitive, but rather that you are dealing with input delay and you have to constantly go back and forth to fine tune your aim while playing. This is normal and expected and has nothing to do with how good your internet is or not. Unfortunately playing COD on the portal is not really a good experience if you are a regular and competitive COD player.

if you are a run and gun player dont even try it on portal the delay is bad. you already dead before u even pull that trigger.

unless you run in bot lobbies, this is not it. the input delay alone will be horrible, cant play this competitively

@@hondobeatz5481I have it and the portal is great for single player rpg’s, and action games., but not for FPS games where there is fine aiming. This delay issue has nothing to do with how good your internet is either. This is an issue with remote play and how the technology works.

I agree, the highly noticeable delay between when we moves the joysticks and when the image is fed is crazy. No regular COD or competitive player would ever think that playing with the portal is ok. I love my portal for action and single player rpg’s but COD is not one of them
