Depends what you do already. It has to be business or management level work. I wouldn’t move yet. Plan a lot first. Probably come live here for 6 months plus so you get out of the tourist mindset. Food can work here really well, manufacturing, IT stuff etc

Unless aap ko Azhad zaroorat hae ya aap ko guarantee hae that all levels will earn a good return. One should not make concrete plazas. In the UK this same construction is used to build multiple storeys.

We’ll it’s for personal use. There after in each city I’ll build this way instead of renting. Land I will have to buy. Thereafter I might rollout an entire business of building like this and renting out warehouses. Barebone warehouses are a further 25-30% cheaper as no sandwich panels will be used
