I don't understand why such a beautiful puppy be abandoned. The owner should be put to jail. She is scratching, which means either fleas or ticks infestation.God blessed the rescuer.

Quel amour ce loulou! Malgré sa misère il remue la queue constamment ! Bien sûr qu il est plein de puces il se gratte sans arrêt 😂 en tous les cas il est affectueux et magnifique. tengo dos perritos resgatado de la calle y ya tuber 4 mas y todos de la calle y no hay nada que me duela mas que verlos sufriendo y que sea culpados de esto los animales racionales(humanos) no tiene nombre lo que hace.Mi alegro que como hay gente mala tambien hay gente buena como estes,gracias que sea bendicido con la paz.
