I really haven’t seen anything official come out about it other than the announcement? I’m hoping they take their time with it and make sure they get everything right

@@HannahAlexander96 There's quite a bit of official information, such as a 2026 release date which seems waaayyy too soon for it to be as amazing as it needs to be.

@@Jamie_D yes 2026 definitely seems far too soon! Hopefully they’ll realise and delay it but I’m worried they’re concerned the phenomena will die out (I don’t ever see that happening, this video is a good example, all my other videos sit around 30 views but because this one is about Harry Potter is picks up views 😂😂)

It did but they just missed so much out, I’m very happy for them to have another go as long as it’s book accurate and they don’t miss out all the important things, honestly I’ve wanted this for years but I’m so scared they’re going to wreck it

Honestly? I don’t think her age matters all that much, it’s never mentioned her age gap with Narcissa unless I’m misremembering so just cast HBC again she was wonderful 😂😂😂

Yeah HBO confirmed it a while ago! No other news about it yet though as far as I’m aware, only the confirmed that it’s been given the go ahead.

Alan Rickman absolutely embodied Snape perfectly, it’s just that his age bothered me! In the books he was supposed to be in his 30’s because Lily and James died at 21 which adds another level of tragedy to their deaths in my opinion. The memories of Voldemort not being included makes me so cross, it was such an important part of the story they just cut out completely!

@likestotalk I never thought about that. It does not bother me at all to be honest. Harry's Parents in the film look like they are early 40s. Iguess it looks better to be more mature. At 21 most people still look childish. I just got angry when they don't adhere to the looks or behaviours of characters in the books and on screen they look different or act different. From what i heard Fiennes who played Voldemort was told to tone it down after Goblet of Fire to not be as scary. I felt like sometimes Voldemort seemed too "nice" in the later movies. The goblet of fire Voldemort was perfect.

God I don’t 😂😂 I like to pretend Cursed Child doesn’t exist because it is one of the worst things I have ever read. The only good thing about it was Scorpius and Albus’s relationship and the author will still go on and say they weren’t in love? Yeah okay mate 😂😂
