it wasn't plot armor, he was telling Jonathan that nezuko is his sister, Jonathan understood what tanjiro said and jojo would devote his life to protect nezuko. not gonna lie, I'd watch an anime with Jojo and nezuko

90% of the body was still technically Jonathan's within and of itself so the scaling makes sense, and DIO was lowkey having a hard time adapting to it and trying to make it his (which he would've been able to should he have had more time to live or had won). His healing factor and strength I believe he said himself wasn't as good as when he was a vampire with his own body, him tanking all those hits from Star Platinum was basically more of Jonathan's body tanking it (since the body was still 90% Jonathan in and of itself) than DIO himself if you understand.

It would also explain why DIO was more susceptible to damage to his head rather than the body because DIO was basically just a head with no true body of his own (yet), and to have a better chance of surviving in future conflicts he needed a very strong body, hence why he now has Jonathan's body.

I disagree with that kind of scaling because the only thing that really saved DIO there was his regeneration, and being capable of surviving the blows doesn’t mean much there because of said regeneration, and well he got his limbs blasted off. So this kind of scaling is really pushing it. I can agree with light speed scaling Johnathan, I just don’t agree with the way Death Battle did it as that didn’t feel like hard evidence enough. DIO causally deflecting the emerald splash would be a better feat to use as it’s harder to refute as he did it without The World and kept doing it multiple times without needing The World. That emerald splash is actually light speed and there’s some good scaling for it.

@@Artemas_16 They absolutely underastimate power of Ben. The moment he tranformed into Alien X battle would be over. Ben can erase green lantern by blinking. There is a reason why its one of the most hated DB episodes

I love Vegeta more as a character overall. But current Thor in the comics is busted. You could argue he beats all of Dragon Ball currently. Including Zeno just based on feats. It’s wild

The connections between Thor and Vegeta are that both are godly warriors and arrogant humanoid alien princes of a destroyed nation and race (Asgard’s Asgardians and Planet Vegeta’s Saiyans, respectively). Both were disgraced from their nation (Thor was banished from Asgard and Vegeta served under Frieza while his planet and race had been destroyed by him) before redeeming themselves and being humbled after visiting Earth, learning to work with others as they joined a heroic team to fight evil and protect the multiverse (The Avengers and Z-Fighters, respectively), also falling in love with human scientists (Jane Foster and Bulma, respectively). Both also mainly utilize different energy based attacks (Asgardian Magic and Ki, respectively) and recently gained a new godly power (Thor-Force and Ultra Ego, respectively).

If you watch the original video, they say that the whole breathing styles being a visual flare thing is just a misconception, with some breathing styles using the element and even having ranged attacks

Well I wouldn't say it's dumb plus it's different than the usual route power system plus it is based off of real life science breathing techniques of course it doesn't make you form water outta thin air on your sword but it does grant some type of boost in the body

the elements arent real by the way thats directly stated in the author notes in the manga for anyone wondering only the one who uses the breathing styles can see the elemental effects they are not real
