Yes I did 2 documents which was a sale deed between the farmer and the buyer. Also it had NA mentioned on it. However like I said in the video please get the documents validated from Property lawyer and also search report with 7/12 extract and ferfar.

Mangrove is a different species and what you see is farmland which will always be below the road level. As I said in the video it will be filled and plots will be measured and given.

Everyone has their need and choice. I sold my land in 2014 at 75k per guntha. Ther are selling at 3 lakhs starting the roadside plot will be 6 to 7 lakhs approximate.

@@sushilmasal6465 I am not selling it. If you watch my other videos I am clearly saying I am not a broker. Also I showcase properties without any charge to support buyers and sellers without charging them hence I always suggest them to do check property papers and consult property lawyer.
