Super excited for this and love that the playback is up so quickly! I printed out the sheets doc a few days ago and have been a bit overwhelmed in trying to figure out how to do a TRUE serial to those beats-but I'm so excited to try! Thank you!

I’m curious how editing works for serialized fiction. Does everyone self-edit? Is the serial platform used for feedback of your story? Apologies if this should be common knowledge.

You can use the comments readers make for feedback 😊. And some authors self edit, it all depends on preference! Many authors hire an editor after publishing their first draft on serial platforms

So, the mini arc she found in Chinese dramas is an open loop? Something introduced in the story but not resulved. Michael Anderle from LMBPN talks about that a lot. I'd forgotten about it.
