I told my wife we needed an ATV because at 68 yrs old i cannot shovel anymore, and even a big 2 stage snow blower is a workout. FF to where i am now. Purchased a CForce 500 with a Moose blade and it’s been an absolute dream! ATF works great! Plow works great. I live in town in a residential area so had to buy. 42” blade so i could do sidewalks without tearing up grass edges. I don’t know who likes it more though, me or my neighbors! I would like to know more about your shifter linkage adjustment.

I have a 2022 C-Force 500 has all the power I need . But I did install heated hand grips as cold as it gets in michigan . Just this year I purchased a atv seat heater as well , took it to a local pollster and had it installed in the seat and hooked it up ! Thought Why didn't I do this rite out of the gate. Bur a little advice, buy the rubber flap and mount it to the top side of your plow and you won't have to keep clearing the snow off your plow.

Get peice of sheet metal and mount it to top of your plow. It will keep the snow from coming over the top. 20.00 to fix that.

If you are going to make further adjustments to the linkage I'd love to see a video and commentary on the procedure. I need to do it but am intimidated by the panel removal that I understand is required for access. Thank you!

Have you had issues with it refusing to shift gears and getting stuck? It happens very often with my new UForce apparently due to drivetrain binding up or something, and often I have to rock the whole vehicle till I hear it click and release, then it shifts with no effort. scary when you’re up against a snow bank or in the road and can’t change direction for a minute. Different than the common shift tension adjustment you did. Other than that it’s great, I have an extra large plow on it and it is awesome plowing the driveway. Looking forward to the spring to take it up our mountain trails.

You need a wider blade bro that quad can bush alot more you have to do so many trips with that narrow blade

I’ve been plowing my 240’ driveway and turnaround with an ATV here in Minnesota since 1990. My original 1990 Honda Fourtrax 300 is still plowing driveways for a neighbor with whom I traded it for some custom tile work. I now plow with a 2001 Honda Fourtrax 500 Rubicon. Both have been ultra-reliable with only minor repairs that I’ve performed myself. I’ve never heard of CFMoto so I looked them up and found that their corporate address is only 10 miles from where I live. Small world. Question for you: how wide is that Koplin blade you’re using? Does it have a metal or plastic scraper edge?

CFMOTO is very popular in Europe and Canada. They're the fastest growing ATV company in the world. The Kolpin is 54 inches, has a metal edge

@@TrevPagesPlace The reason I asked about the plow width is that it looked a little small to me. My two Honda’s both have 60” blades and I added a 6” heavy rubber strip along the top edge to increase their snow carrying capacity. I’ve found that you want the plow to clear a path wider than the outside track width of your ATV so you don’t end up with your wheels fighting for traction on snow that has fallen behind the ends of the plow, which can happen in deep snow and when the blade is angled or you are turning. And speaking of traction, I run V-bar chains on all 4 wheels. They make a massive improvement in your pushing power and are a worthwhile upgrade to think about. The metal wear bar is what ai have and would recommend. I wish my Honda had electric power steering and fuel injection like your CFMoto. I think the new Hondas do. But with climate change we’ve had a record warm winter so far here in Minnesota and I have yet to plow any snow so far. So it’s hard to justify a newer machine just to enhance its performance as a snow plow. I have a Tesla Model 3 too. I’m waiting for someone to make a battery powered front mower that has the option to swap the mower deck for a snowblower in the winter. Then I’d sell the blade on my ATV and just use it for riding and pulling my utility trailer in the summer months.

When was this snow fall? We haven’t had snow since the middle of January 18-20” in 7 day span. It’s already gone from the Ridiculously Warm spell.

@@TrevPagesPlace can't say I have ever looked. I'm sure they are unaffordable. Stay safe out there... lots of snow I see. State of emergency in Cape Breton.
