Do u just take your old motor off, send in and they upgrade then ship back? Did u have to change the motor controller out?

Yes you remove your motor.. send it to them.. they rebuild the same motor and ship it back. 4 wires and 4 bolts.. that's it.. didn't touch anything else on the golf cart

@@ScottieBMan it's night and day difference.. just tool 5 weeks not the 3 weeks stated on the net.. but totally recommend the upgrade
