But, I think weight mangement is just tough, for anybody -- i'm taking some time to reflect on my behaviors that brought me to 40+ in less than 10 months of pregnancy.

From someone who has always been a plus size women with four kiddos. Let me say: take a deep breath and enjoy it. This pregnancy is now apart of your journey, this is your story. It is okay to feel the way you do. We have 3 choices in life. We can try, try harder and 3rd never give up. Don't give up on yourself. You gained weight, it don't matter. You may gain more, it doesn't matter. What matters is you. You have the ability to become the best version of yourself while pregnant. Now that's beautiful. You are so awesome!! -Elevate because your worth it-😊

Hey beautiful, don't worry to much ,all will be well. The body is very fascinating so flow with it. Maybe not focus on cutting volume but mixing up the type of food for example half processed /fast food and half nutrient dense foods. Burger and fries and another meal on the same day could be vegetables and a lean meat. Snacks a cookie and an apple/ berries.

non-alcohol-associated fatty liver disease is pretty scary so i’m wishing you the best on preventing your liver from enlarging more.

I plan on stopping the fast food and sweets. I don’t want to get bigger. Plus, it will be harder to get the weight off post pregnancy. 😢

When you are out running your errands try to bring nuts with you. It helps me a lot when I am out and I feel myself making the wrong food choices I eat some and it helps me settle myself to no want to run thru the drive thru.

Opal, Try not be so hard on yourself, give yourself some grace. Maybe forget about the gym and just commit to a walk around the block 3x a week like you started to say? Once that’s consistent then consider the gym if you want or just stick w the walking.
