Now what the doctor did, was copying this giant storage room, with everything else it already contained. Then they gave the original "All for one" to shigaraki, and gave the copy to the old guy. With that then he proceeded to fight All might, with a copy of all the quirks he had.

Redestro lost his feet due to shigarakis awakened decay. They don't show the blood in the anime but in the manga he cut off his feet with a piece of metal

Dope episode! I really liked the intensity in this one with the OST when heroes were running away from Shigaraki's decay. It felt short but more of a build up again which is fine because its getting really crazy now! Let's see how our heroes are gonan handle Tomura.

Shigaraki caused Pain Level city destruction with only his own quirk at its absolute peak. Now remember that he also has All for One and can use multiple quirks just like Deku. Yeah shigaraki is officially 2022 anime's biggest menace

To answer your question at the end. Shigaraki has the original All for One that AFO once had. AFO currently has a duplicate of his own quirk and passed the actual one down to Shigaraki. So yes he has access to all the Quirks AFO possessed when he held the original quirk, as well as any that he chooses to steal. The four months in the tank were a means by which Shigaraki could take in that power without any drawback to his body but since it’s incomplete he’s basically unstable and can’t exert himself to his fullest potential (that said he still goes crazy so I’m super stoked for you to enjoy Plus Ultra Shiggy)

This is the most thing I'm excited for this season, apart from chainsaw man finally being animated. I can think of like 10 insane things that are going to happen this season of MHA, anime only's are in for a damn treat!

If you remember back in season 3, AFO said to Best Jeanist that Shiggy couldn't use his quirk cause it isn't power based, it was skilled based. So AFO has been storing quirks for years. He gave that all to Shiggy, and he kept a copy of all his old powers. That's why he wasnt at full strength in Camino Ward. So Shiggy has every quirk we've seen from AFO inside him. But it's only 75% awakened.

Out of all of the anime I've watched over the years none have made me feel scared and anxious like this season has made me so far. Enjoying it all the same though
