These are loopholes of Cong govt, not Modi. CBI can't take over the case or arrest him until the court directs it to do so. At present, the case is with SIT and not being handed over to CBI to investigate. Interpol has been informed about it. Do you have any proof that he is in Germany, please let the investigation team know about it. Don't act like hypocrite. Even SIT is clueless about him. First you better study the phases and proceedings how case is handled, later you can comment on Modi. Don't keep blaming Modi.

For your information the case was registered on 27th April after a written complaint received from Mahila ayog? By then Prajwal flew one day prior after casting his vote. Siddaramaiya had already written a letter to the concerned authority for cancellation of his diplomatic passport in response they have asked to follow a format rejecting the initial request..Police were waiting for the court orders to arrest revanna
