Go and first read the criteria they consider to make these report, Press index is not on criteria of how unbiased media is (bcoz no world media is without biasness today including local media in western developed nations and has leaning to certain party or agenda they like) but it's on basis of safety, security, independence of press or journalists to report whatever news they want without having fear or threats on them, No matter if they report biased towards someone or not, they should be free to show whatever side of story, for e.g Ranking in it falls when press/journalists get tortured like Arnab by INC for saying sonia's real italian name on tv, or when public, parties, leaders, jihadi terrorists, etc threaten, intimidate, try harm media or journalists for some news they report or publish. And Hunger index considers malnutrition aka unbalanced nutrients diet mean either overconsumption or underconsumption of certain food nutrients instead of proper balanced nutrients required diet, so it's not just about filling tummy with food Be it cheap simple food or expensive tasty junk food, it's about the required nutrients & harmful stuff in our food we consume plus how much of certain nutrients we take while leaving some nutrients completely out from our diet, So it's really based on factor of lack of care, knowledge & awareness about food nutrients or balanced diet in our ppl towards whatever food they eat.

Ask manipuris, they hate congress more than bjp, When their cm was going to resign it was manipuri ppl requested him not to do bcoz they don't want the worst to be on cm seat. Fyi, Those ethnicity based discriminatory british made laws were continued to be in constitution as that state law by Congress itself and they didn't scrapped it for past 70yrs, The issue was going on in form of case in court from long and when state's native tribal ethnicity won the case who were asking recognition under ST irrespective of them having mostly hindu as religion and that not only the other ethnic community (migrated from myanmar & settled there) deserve rights to be recognize as tribal community, Also they have 80% of state land in their control while native tribal community despite being majority, has no rights on their own state expect for some 20% land around capital, So after HC verdict if other community had any problem They should systematically go to SC if weren't satisfied but they resort to start violence, What would've modi ji done by go there if Congress has kept their division deepen with time by continue such divisive laws of british era
