I am from Mauritius a very friendly country with India and huge cultural connections with India Lots of Indian films have been shot here but tourists arrival from India has gone down as the honeymooners especially are going to Maldives Maldives which was foolishly saved by Rajiv Gandhi when there was a coup d'etat by Tamil Tigers etc Now Maldives has turned against India Indian govt should put a heavy travel tax on those going to Maldives and facilitate travel to Mauritius . Why not develop Lakshadweep? It's so beautiful Let Tata ,Oberoi,and others develop the hotels there and if you allow casinos there then you will see the bumper sales ifor Lakshdweep
